Bunnie Cakes is a vegan bakery with gluten-free options, founded by Mariana Cortez in 2009 after a failed attempt to find a vegan birthday cake for her oldest son who was turning 2.

Bunnie Cakes is the first and only vegan, gluten free and kosher bakery in Miami.
